Terms & Conditions rokok1 Platform User Agreement

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and rokok1, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. This document governs the entire usage relationship between the Member and rokok1, including access to online slots, live casino, sports betting, 4D lottery and all games available on this platform.

rokok1 provides a safe, fair and transparent gambling environment to all eligible Members. The platform is designed to meet the needs of Malaysian players by offering a range of local payment methods, support in Malay and a user-friendly interface.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use rokok1 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Attempts to open duplicate accounts using different information to avoid detection are considered fraud and may result in all such accounts being terminated without any refund.

• Any changes to personal information must be reported to the rokok1 support team within a reasonable time.
• rokok1 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised use of an account resulting from the Member's own negligence.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

rokok1 supports the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed with industry-standard security encryption.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Normally within one hour after full verification.
• The withdrawal account must be in the same name as the registered rokok1 account.
• rokok1 has the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal in certain situations.
• Deposits made using unrecognised methods or third-party accounts will be declined and returned.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by rokok1 are subject to specific wagering requirements. The rokok1 welcome bonus offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to a maximum value of RM300, subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received.

Wagering requirement calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500

• Bonuses cannot be used at the same time as other promotions unless stated otherwise.
• rokok1 has the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of fraud, abuse or attempts to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirements.
• All bonuses have a set validity period. Expired bonuses will not be re-credited.
• rokok1 has the right to change, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with prior notice.

6. Game Rules

All games on the rokok1 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting and 4D lottery, are operated according to rules set by their respective game providers. The result of each game is final and cannot be disputed once a round or bet is complete.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

rokok1 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or any threat to the integrity of the platform. A suspension decision may be made without prior notice in cases that require immediate action.

• Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rokok1 customer support.
• Before closure, any valid balance withdrawals will be processed subject to a full account review.
• In cases where an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, rokok1 reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the activity in question.

10. Limitation of Liability
